1 · Short summary
Accounts are created by self-registration with email verification, or set up by an admin while sign-up is closed. Access can be revoked.
Usage is bounded by credit and quotas derived from real token cost. Credit can be bought up front and cannot be cashed out.
There is no availability guarantee. This service is self-run, without an SLA.
Model answers can be wrong. Verify what matters; Notebook citations exist for that.
2 · Accounts & access
Accounts are created through the sign-up page and completed by verifying your email address. The operator may close self-registration at any time; while it is closed, accounts are created by an admin only. An account cannot be transferred to someone else.
Sign-in uses email or username plus password, or Google (OIDC) as a login method only. Sessions last 30 days. 2FA is available to every account.
Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done through your account; do not share it. If you suspect someone else is using your account, tell us and change your password.
3 · Credit, purchases & quotas
Every model request consumes credit. Before an answer is generated, an estimated amount of credit is held; when it finishes, that hold is settled against the tokens actually used and the difference returns to your balance.
Credit values are derived from model provider token costs, so more expensive models consume credit faster. If provider prices change, conversion rates may be adjusted; changes are announced inside the app.
Per-account quotas, maximum upload size, and request rate limits are set by admins and may change to keep the service running. When a quota is exhausted, requests are refused until it is renewed — your data is unaffected.
You can buy credit yourself while purchasing is open. It is billed in Indonesian Rupiah at a rate set by the operator, plus applicable tax; the full breakdown — subtotal, voucher discount, tax, and total — is shown before you continue to payment.
Payments are processed by Midtrans as the payment provider. Your card or payment instrument details do not pass through and are not stored in our systems. Credit is added to your balance once Midtrans confirms the payment has settled.
Credit already added to a balance cannot be cashed out, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money. This service is not a subscription and there is no recurring billing.
Vouchers may add credit or discount a purchase. Each voucher is valid once per account, may carry an expiry date and a usage limit, and may be deactivated by the operator if it is misused or leaked.
4 · Fair use
What is not allowed:
Activity that breaks Indonesian law or the law where you are, including using this service to prepare it.
Attempting to break through system boundaries: bypassing quotas, accessing other users’ data, scanning or probing for security holes without written permission, or creating load that disrupts other users — including mass automation and reselling access.
Uploading material you have no right to use, or other people’s personal data without a lawful basis — remember the content will be processed by third-party model providers.
Producing harassment, hateful material, or child exploitation material in any form.
If you find a security hole, report it to support@digi4our.net before doing anything with it. Good-faith reports will not be held against you.
5 · Content you put in
Conversation content and documents remain yours. We claim no rights over them and do not use them to train models. The only rights we need are those required to run the service: storing, chunking, embedding, and sending the relevant parts to model providers so an answer can be produced.
Details of processing, retention, and deletion are in the Privacy & Data Policy. The most important thing to remember here: deleting a conversation is permanent, and conversations idle for 30 days are deleted automatically unless pinned.
6 · Model answers & accuracy
Answers are produced by language models and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Notebook is designed to answer only from the sources you upload and to include citations, but even in that mode a model can misread its source.
Do not treat answers here as legal, medical, or financial advice. Decisions you make on the basis of a model answer are your responsibility; citations exist to make checking easy.
7 · Availability
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability, speed, or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no SLA, no compensation for outages, and no promise that the service will run indefinitely.
Maintenance, model provider failures, changes to the model list, and shutdown can all happen. If the service is going to be discontinued, you will be told beforehand with a reasonable window to download your data.
8 · Suspension & termination
An account may be suspended or terminated if the fair use terms are broken, if there is a real risk to the security or continuity of the service, or if required by law. For non-serious breaches you will be told and given a chance to explain first.
You can leave at any time. Download your data before requesting account deletion; once the account is deleted its contents cannot be recovered. Usage records without conversation contents are kept for bookkeeping.
9 · Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the system changes. The effective date and a summary of changes are recorded at the top of the document, and changes with significant impact are announced inside the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection. In case of a dispute, start with a direct conversation at support@digi4our.net; if that fails, resolution is through the competent courts in Indonesia.
If one provision is unenforceable, the rest still apply. The Indonesian version prevails if the English translation differs in meaning.
