01 · ONE ENGINE, THREE MODES
The engine stays the same. Only the boundary moves.
All three modes share the same engine, billing, and history. The only difference is how far the AI is allowed to reach for an answer.
Chat
No boundary. The AI answers from what it already knows, you can switch models, and the reply appears as it is written.
Assistant
A boundary you write yourself. Your role and rules sit at the start of every conversation, while the engine underneath stays the same.
Notebook
Closed tight, only your documents. Every sentence points back to the page it came from, and beyond those pages it stays quiet.
02 · NOTEBOOK ANSWERS FROM YOUR DOCUMENTS, NOT FROM MEMORY
If it isn't in your documents, the answer is "not found", not a confident guess.
Notebook searches two ways at once: matching your words, and catching what you meant. If no part of your documents is a close enough match, the question never reaches the AI at all.

The maximum size per file is 15 MB, scanned PDFs aren't supported in this version, so they are rejected on upload.1

How digi4our is built.
One engine, three modes
Chat, Assistant, and Notebook run on one shared system with different settings. They are not three separate products bolted together.
Credit reflects what you actually used
What gets counted is the text that actually goes in and comes out, priced per model. Not how many messages you sent.
Pay $10, get $10
Nothing is skimmed off a top-up. Our margin already sits inside each model's price, so the amount you pay lands in your balance in full.
The price is settled before you pay
Subtotal, voucher discount, VAT, and total are all shown on screen — computed by the server with the same function that raises the bill, so the figure you read is the figure you are charged.
One voucher, one person, one time
A discount code can be used by as many people as its quota allows, but only once per account. That limit is held by the database, not by a check two simultaneous requests could slip past.
Delete means gone
Deleting a conversation removes it and its files for good, from both the database and storage. There is no trash bin to restore it from.
No admin shortcut to your chats
There is no admin screen that can read your conversations, and no "log in as this user" feature.
Authentication built in-house
No third-party login provider. Google is just one way to sign in, and the account itself stays inside digi4our.
Sent twice, charged once
If a message goes out twice by accident, your credit is still only charged once. Every message carries a unique marker the server checks before billing.
04 · THE LIMITS, STATED UP FRONT
What to know before you start.
A page that only lists what a product does well is telling half the story.
Credit is bought up front and drawn down as you use it. This is not a subscription, and credit already added cannot be cashed out.
Your conversations and uploaded documents are sent to a third-party AI provider to be processed. Payments are handled by Midtrans — your card details never pass through or rest in our systems.
The service runs on digi4our's own infrastructure, with no formal uptime guarantee.
Data is never sold or used for advertising.
